Higala app is an app that collects personal information of clients and visitors to monitor foot traffic entering a particular service entity (establishment, office, etc.). The collected data will be used for emergency purposes (e.g. contact tracing) following the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Data Privacy Act Rule V. The Safe Davao QR is the platform created to help expedite contact tracing and enforce the prohibition on non-essential travel. A non-resident of GenSan who will enter the City of GenSan should register their QR ID like CCTS, MDTC, Cotabato QR to TAPAT for Contact Tracing and Health Monitoring purposes. Meanwhile, for individuals who don’t have Contact Tracing IDs they can Generate TAPAT QR instead.
