(UPDATED – 8/2/2021) — For those who are planning to travel in Mindanao, check out the list of online contact tracing portals to register and generate your Quick Response (QR) codes. Each city has its online portal, so make sure to generate register accordingly to avoid travel delays and other inconvenience.

Higala app is an app that collects personal information of clients and visitors to monitor foot traffic entering a particular service entity (establishment, office, etc.). The collected data will be used for emergency purposes (e.g. contact tracing) following the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Data Privacy Act Rule V. The Safe Davao QR is the platform created to help expedite contact tracing and enforce the prohibition on non-essential travel. Online Registration is for Non-DavNor and IGACOS residents only.  For Davao del Norte residents, please secure your QR Codes at your respective LGUs or at City Mall (Tagum City), Robinson’s Mall (Tagum City), Gaisano Mall (Tagum City), Gaisano Grand Mall (Tagum and Panabo City), NCCC (Tagum and Panabo City), Warehouse (Panabo City).

A non-resident of GenSan who will enter the City of GenSan should register their QR ID like CCTS, MDTC, Cotabato QR to TAPAT for Contact Tracing and Health Monitoring purposes. Meanwhile, for individuals who don’t have Contact Tracing IDs they can Generate TAPAT QR instead.
