The Philippines Joint Tasks Force against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic released an official list for all the Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) protocol on Saturday, April 11.   Check out the APOR below:  

Basic Services

Medical Services

  • All DOH Officials and staff
  • All health and service personnel stationed at LGU Health Facilities
  • All PRC vehicles bearing the Red Cross Logo and staff with Red Cross IDs
  • Core staff from the WHO country and regional offices
  • Doctors and their drivers
  • Hospital staff and employees including janitors
  • Medical Professionals and other employees
  • Private Caregivers
 

Funeral Services

  • Employees
  • Immediate family of the deceased
  • Officiating Priests, Imams, Pastors, and other religious ministers
 

Emergency Responders

  • DILG 911 and DILG Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Personnel
  • BFP
  • DRRMC
  • DSWD
  • Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT)
  • LGU Officials
 

Security Services

  • PNP. AFP, PCG, BJMP, NBI, OTS, BOC, BI, PPA, Local Traffic Authorities, and other Law Enforcement Agency Personnel
  • Company Security Officers and Security Guards
  • Force Multipliers (Brgy Officials, Brgy Tanods)
 

Daily Essentials

  • Bank Employees
  • Technical Service Support Crew

  • Medical products such as PPEs, masks, gloves, and others
 

Logistics/warehouse establishments employees

Delivery/services personnel of food, water, medicine, and other basic necessities.

 

Utilities

Telecommunications

  • Key officials and employees
  • Employees of cable and internet service providers and 3rd party contractors
 

Energy Companies

  • Electric Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution employees
  • Exploration, Coal operation, and Trading employees and delivery drivers
  • 3rd party contractors
  • Petroleum Tanker Drivers
  • Gasoline Attendants
 

Water Companies

  • Key officials and employees
  • Water Delivery and refilling station crew
 

Sanitation

  • Industrial, Residential, Hospital, and Toxic Garbage/Waste collectors and Drivers
 

Other Authorized Persons

Private Individual (ONE per household) availing the services of the mentioned establishments Government Skeletal force of the Executive Branch Capital Market Personnel (based on skeletal workforce)
  • Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
