The exams will be conducted in different parts of the Philippines, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. It will take place on April 29 and 30, 2024.

The exam is administered by the Board of Midwifery which is composed of MELCHOR C. DELA CRUZ, JR. Chairman, and CORAZON F. LANDICHO, LOURDES S. MANGAHAS, LIWAYWAY M. PIEDAD and LERMA M. VALENZUELA, Members.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release the Midwives Licensure Exam for April 2024 days after the last day of exams, which is on April 29 and 30, 2024.

Registration Requirements

• Notice of Admission
• Duly accomplished Oath Form
• 2 pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
• 2 sets of documentary stamp
• 1 piece short brown envelope
