WEATHER UPDATE — According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), no Low-Pressure Area (LPA) has been spotted near the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). However, the shear line brings cloud skies and rain to Visayas, Mindanao, and Southern Luzon.

PAGASA reports no LPA inside or nearby PAR. There are also low chances of a tropical depression forming within the next few days.

At the moment, the shear line continues to bring rain over Visayas, Mindanao, and Southern Luzon. The effects of the weather system may persist until Wednesday.

Meanwhile, areas in Luzon, especially Regions 1, 2 and 3, may expect fair weather with chances of isolated rain showers brought by the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan.
