Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu set to work together again as lead characters of the Philippine Adaptation of the hit K-Drama Series “What’s wrong with Secretary Kim”.
ABS CBN Entertainment in partnership with Viu are now looking forward to the filming of the said K-Drama Series adaptation.
On Tuesday, November 21, the adaptation was confirmed by Viu Philippines on its official instagram page.
“What’s wrong with Secretary Kim” was originally starred by Park Seo-jun and Park Min-young, a webtoon korean series not only topped the local ratings when it was aired but also gained popularity globally. This K-Drama series captured the hearts of many viewers when it aired in 2018.
To be produced by Dreamscape Entertainment, this is the third adaptation of a high rating K-Drama Series between ABS CBN and Viu, following the “Broken Marriage Vow” and “Flower of Evil”.

This K-Drama series marks the reunion of actor Paulo Avelino and Actress Kim Chui, following the success of their Drama “ Linlang” where they starred as husband and wife.
It is based on the novel of the same title by Jung Kyung-yoon which was first published in 2013,which was serialized into a webtoon comic by KaKaoPage in 205. The series aired on tvN from June 6 to July 26, 2018, on Wednesday and Thursday with 16 episodes.
