PAGASA The easterlies are affecting Luzon and Visayas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.

The eastern part of Mindanao is being affected by the trough of a low pressure region.

Caraga and Davao Regions will see cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, according to PAGASA. Due to moderate to severe precipitation, flash floods or landslides are also possible.

PAGASA predicts partly cloudy to cloudy skies for Metro Manila, Baguio, Legazpi, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The weather bureau expects moderate to severe winds and moderate to rough coastal waters in the eastern parts of Central, Southern, and Northern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Mild to moderate winds and light to moderate coastal waters will continue throughout the rest of the country.
