Cagayan de Oro City – In accordance with the latest Inter-agency Task Force (IATF) guidelines and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) MC 20-33, Internet / PisoNet cafes in the city can already operate at a 50 percent operational capacity, but limited to work and educational purposes only and with strict observance of these guidelines. The City Government will continue to monitor establishments to ensure that these guidelines are strictly observed and complied with.
