How to Create a Shopee Seller Account?

Step 1. Create a Shopee account on the website by clicking “Sign Up.” Sign up by using a mobile phone number or an existing Facebook or Google account. (You will have to add and verify the phone number and email).

Step 2. Log in to Seller Center through seller.shopee.ph using the Shopee account you have just created. Make sure to write the correct username and password with shopee seller login.

Step 3. Fill out the required information correctly.

The information that will be provided will be used by Shopee for giving Official Receipts for claim of input VAT. Make sure that the information provided is correct. Shopee will not re-issue invoices with the reason of incomplete or incorrect information.

How to Create Product Listing?

Step 1. Go to the Seller Centre and select “My Products.”

Step 2. Click on “Add a New Product” and fill up the product name, category, attributes, and description. 

Step 3. Upload a high quality photo of the product to attract customers.

Step 4. Set up shipping settings such as weight and size of the parcel. 

How to Ship out Orders?

Step 1. In the Seller Centre, go to “My Sales” and click “To Ship.”

Step 2.  View orders that need to be shipped out on the “To Ship” tab.

Step 3. Click on “Ship” to arrange for shipment.

Step 4. Pack the order in accordance to the “Order Packaging Guidelines” and attach any required documentation needed.

Step 5. Give the order to logistics.
