ICYMI, the fifth mini-album by (G)I-DLE “I Love” will be released in October.

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — On Wednesday midnight KST, September 14, the promising K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE premiered the first teaser for the upcoming release of their fifth mini-album entitled ‘I Love’ due out in October. 

The new visual features a beating heart animation with sound effects and clocks in at 10 minutes before revealing the upcoming mini-album.

The first teaser image for (G)I-DLE’s comeback, created to seem like a fashion magazine cover, was also released simultaneously. The poster said the album would be released on October 17 at 6:00 PM KST.

The upcoming release of “I Love” will be (G)I-DLE’s second domestic release of the year after their debut studio album, “I Never Die,” released in April. 

That record was pushed by leader Soyeon’s title track “Tomboy,” which promptly went viral.



(G)I-DLE World Tour ‘Just Me IDLE’

The five-member stopped in Manila, Philippines, on September 11 as part of their ongoing “Just Me ()I-DLE” world tour, where they announced their comeback.

The group’s international tour began in June with a two-night residency in Seoul before heading to the tour’s North and South American legs in July and August, stopping in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Santiago, Mexico City, and Monterrey. The girls then returned to Asia for the Bangkok, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur concerts.

They successfully performed in 18 regions and will keep in touch with fans everywhere to discuss the possibility of expanding their tour dates.



This weekend, (G)I-DLE will play for two nights in Tokyo before continuing their tour on October 1 in Singapore. –WhatALife!/Brix
