HAWAII, USA — Ezra Miller, who portrayed “The Flash” in the “Justice League” films, was detained following an incident at a Hawaii karaoke bar, when he allegedly yelled obscenities, snatched a microphone from a singing woman, and rushed at a man playing darts, according to police.

Late Sunday, Miller took issue with individuals singing the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper ballad “Shallow” at Margarita Village, a bar in Hilo, a small village on the Big Island, where largely locals go, according to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho.

“The song aggravated Miller,” Quiocho said.

Miller was detained just after midnight on Monday and charged with harassment and disorderly behavior. After paying $500 in bail, Miller was released.

Meanwhile, a couple who let Miller stay with them at a hostel was involved in another serious incident. According to the Associated Press, the couple filed a petition on Tuesday seeking a temporary restraining order against Miller after he allegedly broke into their bedroom, threatened them, and took their things, including a passport and wallet.

Miller had to be escorted off a property in Hilo, according to Chief Quiocho, after a resident asked police for guidance on removing two houseguests from his home.

Miller has been the subject of 10 police calls in Hilo since March 7, said Quiocho, for minor incidents such as photographing people at a gas station, refusing to depart a restaurant’s sidewalk area, and arguing with individuals.

Miller is recognized for his role as “Flash” in the “Justice League” series, as well as the 2012 film “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” and the “Fantastic Beasts” trilogy, in which he appears in the upcoming feature “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.” – WhatALife!
