Gaming fans are extremely excited for the upcoming Elden Ring DLC: Shadow of Erdtree. There are also rumors that the developers will release the DLC in February 2024.
According to YouTuber Ziostorm, “unverified sources” claims the upcoming Game Awards will feature the upcoming DLC with the release date being February 5, 2024. Fans should take the information of the release date with doubt.
Given the rumor’s nature, Ziostorm themselves noted that the source has no “concrete data” to back up the claims.
There was little content provided about the content or the official release date. We do know that they officially announced the DLC earlier this year. This makes the rumors of the expansion content being showcased at the upcoming Game Awards this December more plausible.

It was at Keighley’s Summer Game Fest that we were treated to the breathtaking Elden Ring gameplay trailer. Additionally, the anticipation continued when the announcement of Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon was made during last year’s Game Awards.
Given this track record, it’s not far-fetched to wonder if the upcoming The Game Awards might unveil a fresh trailer for Shadow of the Erdtree. Still, it’s wise for fans to temper their expectations and savor the suspense.
