MANILA, PHILIPPINES — On Thursday, September 15, Bellelievers (Belle’s fandom) announced on Twitter that Belle Mariano’s single ‘Sigurado’ has garnered over 8 million views on the ABS-CBN Star Music YouTube channel.
As of September 15, it reached more than 219,000 likes with 0 dislikes. ‘Sigurado’ premiered last year in May.
“Sigurado,” a pop ballad track that explores the feelings and apprehensions of first love, serves as a reminder for a generation that has grown up in a rapid society that there is no need to hurry into relationships or run away when the perfect one comes along.
The lyrics were written by Trisha Denise, while Tommy Katigbak and Rox Santos produced the song.
Last July 20, the rising star’s ‘Sigurado’ also achieved a milestone by reaching 17 million streams on Spotify.

Belle Mariano
Belle started working on television in 2012 at ABS-CBN. She joined the cast of the kid-friendly comedy Goin’ Bulilit and played the younger version of Carmina Villaroel’s character in Lorenzo’s Time as a supporting role.
While appearing briefly in Princess and I, Belle was featured in the Maalaala Mo Kaya episode “Kabibe.”
