Fuel price rollback effective September 20, 2022

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, according to industry sources.

In a separate advisory, CALTEX will implement a price rollback for diesel by Php4.15 per liter, and kerosene by Php4.45 per liter, effective 12:01 am.

Effective 6:00 am, PetroGazz will implement a price rollback for diesel by Php4.15 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, SeaOil will implement a price rollback for diesel by Php4.15 per liter, and kerosene by Php4.45 per liter.



Effective 8:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price rollback for diesel by Php4.15 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:

  • Diesel by Php4.15 per liter (rollback)
  • Gasoline (no change)
  • Kerosene by Php4.45 per liter (rollback)

On September 13, fuel prices were decreased by Php0.45 for gasoline, diesel by Php1.45 and Php1.70 for kerosene. Meanwhile, previous price adjustments on September 6, fuel prices were decreased by Php1.55 per liter for diesel, Php2.60 for gasoline and kerosene by Php1.60 per liter.



As of September 14, 2022, the year-to-date net increase is Php16.50 per liter for gasoline, Php34.80 per liter for diesel, and Php29.90 per liter for kerosene.

Oil firms usually announce new fuel price changes every Monday to be implemented on Tuesday. – WhatALife!
