The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) offers scholarship grants to talented aspirants of BS in Geology, BS in Mining Engineering, and BS Metallurgical Engineering. The scholarship will cover the transportation expenses and tuition fees, as well as a monthly allowance and an assurance of employment after graduation.

Minimum qualifications

• Must be an incoming freshman
• No failing grade
• Must have at least 2.5-grade point average
• Not recipient of another scholarship program

 

Eligibility requirements

• Application Form
• Form 138/ Transcript of Records
• Police or NBI Clearance
• Latest Income Tax Returns of Parents
• Medical Certificate

 

Benefit

• Monthly allowance plus transportation expense coverage
• Full Tuition (Php 1,000 – Php 5,000)
• Assured employment
