Cagayan De Oro, PHILIPPINES — Architect Romolo V. Nati, Chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), has proposed a new skyscraper to be built in Cagayan de Oro City, which would be the last and final tower of Primavera City.
The building called Citta Alta, also known as Primavera City Towers G, Citta’ Alta at Primavera City, is a proposed project that is a 32-level high-rise building that will be located in uptown Cagayan de Oro City.
The building features biomimicry, taking in the concept of natural ventilation and natural lighting. The building will also be a new landmark in the area of the city that it is built in.
Citta Alta is a development of IDC Prime, a real estate company, the premier and green development arm of Italpinas Development Corporation.
Citta Alta is Phase 4 of its Primavera City project. The projects are led by the Italpinas Development Corporation, which has been leading other phases of the project in the Primavera City project.
The first phase of the project was the completion of Citta Verde, which is a home for 247 residential units. Phase 3 was Citta Grande, launched by Italpinas, is IDC’s first venture into home automation, complete with convenient, single-system control of lighting, climate, security, entertainment, and the owners connected world so they can save time doing what they love.
The Phase 3 launch came with Phase 2 development “Citta Bella” which was progressing significantly. – WhatALife!/Zain
