CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES — Excellence Appliance Technologies (EXATECH) has made one of their biggest branches nationwide in Cagayan de Oro as it will be a seven-story building with excellent appliance technologies.
The seven-story commercial building is located in Pueblo Business Park, and its latest update of Jan 2022 shows the seven-story building being built.
The current EXATECH building in Cagayan de Oro is the newest EXATECH building made. With the production starting in 2022, there is no clear confirmation about when the building finished its production.
The video showcases the construction of the building and the surrounding areas for people to see. The seven-story midrise building is located in front of SM City Uptown making it very easy for people to locate as well.
EXATECH started in 1982 as a retailer of several home appliances. With its excellence in appliance and retailing and customer service, the company has gained the trust of Filipino consumers. In 1992, the Whirlpool Corporation made the company an exclusive distributor in the country.
