CdeO logs 93 new COVID-19 cases; total cases at 9,214

Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 93 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, June 18.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 93 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 48 of which are local index cases, 30 local cases with links, 13 local APORs, one locally stranded individual (LSI), and one death.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 9,214 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,617 are active cases, 420 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 1,196 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and one under the LSI/ROF category.



Dr. Nery also announced a total of 129 new recoveries and seven deaths (including two previously reported cases), bringing the total recovery and death cases to 7,182 and 415, respectively.
