CdeO logs 95 new COVID-19 cases; total cases at 9,121

Cagayan de Oro City reported a total of 95 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Thursday, June 17.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 95 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 61 of which are local index cases, 20 local cases with links, eight local APORs, and six deaths.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 9,121 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,660 are active cases, 407 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 1,251 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and two under the LSI/ROF category.



Dr. Nery also announced a total of 44 new recoveries and ten deaths (including two previously reported cases), bringing the total recovery and death cases to 7,053 and 408, respectively.
