CdeO logs 67 new COVID-19 cases; active cases at 1,040

Cagayan de Oro City reported 67 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 67 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, 17 of which are local cases with known links, 15 local APORs, 27 local index cases, three persons deprived of liberty (PDL), and five deaths.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 6,536 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,040 are active cases, 289 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) and 751 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF).



Dr. Nery also announced 27 new recoveries and six deaths, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 5,215 and 281, respectively.
