CdeO logs 19 new COVID-19 cases over the weekend (November 6-7)


Cagayan de Oro City reported 19 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, November 8.

BREAKDOWN: On November 6, the city logged nine new COVID-19 cases, where five are local index cases, three index cases have known links, and one local APOR case. Meanwhile, on November 7, the city recorded ten new cases, where eight are local index cases, one local index with link, and one local APOR case.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 20,284 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 515 are active cases, 84 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 430 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and one case under the ROF/LSI category.

The city also announced a total of 35 new recoveries and no new death recorded, bringing the total recovery and deaths cases to 18,950 and 839 respectively.
