Northeast Monsoon to bring light rains over parts of PH

The Northeast Monsoon (amihan) affects Luzon on Tuesday and will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, the weather state bureau said in its early morning advisory.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) also reported that the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Moderate to Strong winds will prevail over Luzon, while the rest of the Philippines will experience Light to Moderate winds. –
