The exams were conducted in different parts of the Philippines, including NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 2 and 3, 2023.
The exam was administered by the Board of Pharmacists headed by the MILDRED B. OLIVEROS, Chairman, ADELINA C. ROYO, Member and ANTHONY ALDRIN C. SANTIAGO, Member.

Registration Requirements
- Notice of Admission
- Duly accomplished Oath Form
- 2 pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- 2 sets of documentary stamp
- 1 piece short brown envelope
