Former President Rodrigo Duterte declared the official list of holidays for 2022 last October 29, 2021, through Proclamation No. 1236.

Meanwhile, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has recently signed Proclamation No. 90, declaring the official holidays for 2023. Included in the list are January 1 (Sunday) and January 2 (Monday).
This means you can plan your vacation up until January 2!
