Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pag-IBIG Fund launched an online 24/7 service portal called the Virtual Pag-IBIG, making its services available to its members anytime, anywhere.

Step-by-step guide on Virtual Pag-IBIG account creation

Step 1. Visit the Virtual Pag-IBIG portal

On your browser, type in https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig to start account creation.

Step 2. Create new account

There are three ways to create your Virtual Pag-IBIG account: Loyalty Card Plus, Activate Online Account, and OFWs Account. For this guide, we will only be detailing the creation and activation of the Online Account. Click ‘Click Here‘ to proceed.

Step 3. Prove account creation details

Fill in the Virtual Pag-IBIG Account Creation Form (see image below for the required information) and click ‘Proceed‘ to receive your One-Time Pin (OTP) via the mobile number provided. Enter the 4-digit OTP to proceed. If you haven’t received it, wait for a few minutes to click ‘Resend OTP.’

Step 4. Fill-in the User Account Form

Provide the following information, including user account (email address, security questions); verification (Place of birth, Mother’s name at birth); upload Photo of valid ID (send a picture of your valid identification card or passport showing photo and details of your identity); and upload a selfie holding and showing your valid ID (send a selfie holding your valid identification card or passport, showing your photo and details of your identity). Tick the ‘I certify that…’ box then hit ‘Submit’ to proceed.

The Fund will review your application, and once verified, the details of your Virtual Pag-IBIG account, including your temporary password, will be sent via text message.

Step 5. First-time log in

Once you receive your account activation notification, you may now log in via https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig

For first-time login, type in your email address and the temporary password the Virtual Pag-IBIG has provided via text message.
