Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson has broken his silence on the recent interaction between his girlfriend Julia Barretto and ex-girlfriend Bea Alonzo.

In an interview with ABS-CBN’s MJ Felipe, Anderson shared his thoughts on the encounter between Barretto and Alonzo at the birthday celebration of former Star Magic head Johnny “Mr. M” Manahan.

“Ganu’n talaga. Time heals. Basta moving forward lahat,” Anderson remarked when asked about his sentiments regarding the exchange between Barretto and Alonzo.

Bea and Julia reunited at Manahan’s surprise birthday party at Resorts World Manila last March.

The celebration marked Manahan’s 77th birthday, gathering former Star Magic artists who have pursued different entertainment industry paths.

Manahan, now a consultant for GMA’s talent arm, has maintained close ties with many talents he once mentored.

Bea and Julia, having been part of the Star Magic family under Manahan’s guidance, were in attendance at the event.

Witnesses observed the two actresses engaging in friendly conversation, sharing laughs, and exchanging cheek kisses, indicating a positive and cordial interaction.

The encounter holds significance as it symbolizes a reconciliation between Bea Alonzo and Julia Barretto, who were previously involved in a highly publicized controversy involving Gerald Anderson.

The actors were embroiled in a love triangle, with Gerald dating Bea before allegedly ending the relationship and pursuing a romance with Julia.

The past conflict between the actresses, fueled by rumors and speculation surrounding Gerald’s romantic entanglements, garnered considerable attention from the public and media alike.

However, the recent interaction between Julia Barretto and Bea Alonzo suggests they have put their differences behind them and moved forward amicably.
