MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, according to industry sources.
In a separate advisory, CALTEX will implement a price hike for diesel by Php2.70 per liter, kerosene by Php2.90 per liter, and Platinum and Silver gasoline by Php0.80 per liter, effective 12:01 am.
Effective 4:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price increase for diesel by Php2.70 per liter and gasoline by Php0.80 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, PTT Philippines will implement a price increase for diesel by Php2.70 per liter and gasoline by Php0.80 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price increase for diesel by Php2.70 per liter, kerosene by Ph2.90 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.80 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price hike for diesel by Php2.70 per liter, kerosene by Ph2.90 per liter, and gasoline by Php0.80 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, UniOil will implement a price increase for diesel by Php2.70 per liter, and Eurogasoline 91,95&97 by Php0.80 per liter.
Effective 6:00 am, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will implement a price increase for diesel by Php2.70 per liter and gasoline by Php0.80 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:
- Diesel – Php2.70 to Php3.00 per liter (increase)
- Gasoline – Php0.80 to Php1.10 per liter (increase)
- Kerosene – Php2.70 to Php3.00 per liter (increase)
On October 11, fuel prices were increased by Php6.85 per liter for diesel, gasoline by Php1.20 per liter, and kerosene by Php3.50 per liter. Meanwhile, in previous price adjustments on October 4, fuel prices were decreased by Php0.45 for diesel, Php0.40 for gasoline, and Php0.85 for kerosene.
As of October 11, 2022, the year-to-date net increase is Php15.65 per liter for gasoline, Php35.80 per liter for diesel, and Php26.75 per liter for kerosene.
