MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Save the date, South Korean boy group EXO-Ls! EXO members Sehun and Chanyeol, aka EXO-SC, are bringing their Back to Back fan concert in the Philippines for a blazing-hot FANCON on May 20, 2023, at the Araneta Coliseum.

Local concert promoter PULP Live World announced the fan concert event on Tuesday, February 28.

Pulp Live World COO Happee Sy-Go teased K-pop fans about a possible EXO show in the Philippines. 



On Twitter, Happee, also dubbed as “Inang Reyna ng K-pop,” was asked by a fan if she has a plan to bring the K-pop group to the country. She replied, “Kapit na.” The series of tweets by Inang Reyna brought excitement among Filipino EXO-Ls.

Happee did not specify if all of the EXO members will visit the country, whether the event will be a concert or a fan meet, but she said that the supposed event would be in the second quarter of the year. 

The duo will perform live in the Philippines for the first time in four years. The last time Chanyeol and Sehun, and other EXO members traveled to Manila was in 2019 as part of their EXOPlanet 5 – Exploring globe tour.

The subunit debuted in 2019 with their mini album, What a life which they then followed with their first full album, 1 Billion Views, the following year. 

Additionally, EXO, which debuted in 2012, has become one of the most successful K-pop groups in the world, with millions of fans around the globe. 



Sehun and Chanyeol are known for their powerful vocals and dynamic stage presence, making them fan favorites.

Fans are already expressing their excitement on social media, with many sharing their anticipation for the upcoming concert. Some are even planning to fly to Manila from other countries just to witness the performance of their beloved idols.

Additional details such as ticket prices, seat plans, and selling dates have yet to be announced as of posting. Fans are encouraged to secure their seats early to avoid missing out on this opportunity. –WhatALife!/Jayve
