In pursuant to Department Order No. 209 Series of 2020, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) created COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) to “financially support affected workers in private establishments that have adopted Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) or temporary closure” during the coronavirus crisis.  

DOLE offers two programs:

First, Financial Support that would “provide workers with financial relief necessary to mitigate the immediate adverse impacts” of the global pandemic. On the other hand, Employment Facilitation will “provide affected workers access to available job matching, referral, and placement services either for local or overseas employment coaching, and labor market information.”  

Qualifications

Interested applicants must be from the private sector that has implemented FWA or temporary closure due to the ongoing pandemic. Moreover, these affected establishments must submit the following:

• Establishment Report on the COVID-19 pursuant to Labor Advisory No. 9 Series of 2020
• Company payroll for the month prior to the implementation of FWAs or temporary closure.

Take note, however, that an application may be denied by the Regional Director upon determination of any of the following grounds:

• Ineligibility of applicant-employer;
• Misinterpretation of facts in the application; or
• Submission of falsified or tampered documents.

  Employer-Applicant must submit complete documentary requirements to the DOLE-X Provincial/Field Office covering establishments or through the Provincial/Field Office Email Address:   Cagayan de Oro City Field Office
