CdeO logs 161 new COVID-19 cases; active cases rise to 967

Cagayan de Oro City reported 232 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, January 21.

The city logged 161 new COVID-19 cases as of 10 PM yesterday, of which 97 are local index cases, 16 local cases with link, 36 APOR cases, five APOR cases with link, and two returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs).

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 21,696 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 1,072 are active cases, 259 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 775 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 38 cases under the ROF/LSI category.



The city also logged 52 new recoveries and four new deaths on January 20, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 19,762 and 862, respectively.
