Cagayan de Oro coronavirus cases rise to 3,352 with 239 active cases

Cagayan de Oro City reported 20 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Wednesday, February 3.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city recorded a total of 20 new cases yesterday evening, bringing the total cumulative cases to 3,352.

Out of the cumulative total, 239 are active cases, 56 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 180 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and three case under the ROF/LSI category.

Dr. Nery also announced 38 new recoveries and two new deaths, bringing the total recovery and death toll to 2,942 and 171, respectively.



Of the cumulative total, 421 are under the LSI/ROF category, with three active case, one death (ROF), and 417 recovered. Meanwhile, local cases rise to 2,931 with 180 active cases, 170 deaths, and 2,525 recoveries.
