The city logged 13 new COVID-19 cases on September 07, 2022. There are now 76 active cases in the city with a total cumulative of 26,921 COVID-19 cases since March 2020.

Out of the total cumulative, 26 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), and 50 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF).

The city also logged 24 new recoveries and one new death, bringing the total recoveries and death cases to 25,892 and 953, respectively.
