BPI BizLink announced a scheduled systems maintenance this coming weekend, October 8 to 10, 2021.

The following are the announced affected channels:

• BizLink platform
•     BPI Online and Mobile app
•     Use of BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites
•     BPI ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs)
•     Debit card services
•     Funding of prepaid cards

The systems maintenance will be affecting the BizLink platform and will be unavailable starting on October 8 (Friday) at 10:00 PM to October 10 (Sunday) at 12:00 am.

The rest of the channels will be then unavailable from October 8 (Friday) at 10:00 PM to October 9 (Sunday) at 5:00 PM.

All branches will also be closed on October 8, 2 PM.

Credit card and prepaid card services will remain available for users.

Businesses, companies, and individuals are encouraged to process payrolls, withdraw cash, and complete financial transactions in advance to avoid delays and penalty charges.
