PAGASA: Shearline to bring rain over eastern parts of Mindanao

A shear line will affect the eastern section of Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported Thursday morning, January 13.

In its 4 AM bulletin, the PAGASA said cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Davao Region,

Meanwhile, Amihan (northeast monsoon) will continue to affect areas in Luzon and Visayas. With this, Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Provinces, and Catanduanes will experience cloudy skies with light rains. 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the Visayas.
