Lazada Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many deliveries have been attempted on average?

Companies generally try three deliveries each order on average. Before pursuing an alternate strategy, carriers will attempt a second delivery (and frequently a third) if the first one fails. The business, carrier, or postal agency will arrange for the package to be returned to its place of origin after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

2. Will you refund my Express Delivery charges if the item does not get delivered on time?  

There will be a refund of shipping fee if the item is not delivered based on the promised date. Non-Cash On Delivery orders will receive the refund the following day while Cash On Delivery needs to wait until their orders are tagged as delivered. Cash On Delivery customers are still required to pay the shipping fee to the courier and refund will be sent via voucher.

3.  Will you redeliver my item if you were unable to locate my address at first attempt?

Yes, a courier is required to do a 2nd attempt the following day.

4.  Will I get an email or SMS when my item is already for delivery?

Yes, notification will be sent to your email once your order is ready to ship and SMS will be sent to you by the courier on the actual day of delivery.

5.  Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

YES! Orders can be delivered during weekends or holidays. Once the order is in transit, you will be able to receive an in-app notification. Please double check your shipping address and ensure that you are available upon delivery.

Kindly keep your communication lines open as couriers may reach out to you upon their arrival in your shipping address.

6. Can I choose the courier who will deliver my order?

No. Lazada chooses the best available logistics partner based on your location to ensure that your order is delivered on time. For this reason, requests for a preferred courier cannot be accommodated.

7. Does lazada deliver at night?

They might show up anywhere after 8 AM and as late as 9 PM or even 10 PM, depending on a whole bunch of different factors (including mail volume, local weather, etc.)
