MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Filipino businessman Luis “Chavit” Singson celebrated his 81st birthday generously by giving away raffle prizes worth P5,000 to 200 lucky subscribers of his Youtube account. The former governor also gave away 24 pairs of Air Jordan shoes.

Singson first made the announcement on June 20 when he arrived in South Korea, where he bought Air Jordan shoes as raffle prizes.

Lucky winners were chosen from his Youtube subscribers.

Singson’s Youtube channel first uploaded a video last April 2022. The vlog shared his time in his private plane with his daughter Richelle Louise Singson-Michael on the way to India. The video has over 80,000 views.

On June 21, Singson’s channel garnered around 60,000 subscribers after his birthday bash raffle announcement. As of writing, the businessman now has 80,000 subscribers.

Singson’s team held a Facebook live video at around 7:30 pm and announced the raffle winners through an online Youtube subscriber random picker.

In the video, Singson shared that there will be another raffle on June 28. Each lucky winner will get P10,000 instead of P5,000. Additionally, there will be three major winners of P30,000 for the first prize, P60,000 for the second prize, and the grand prize worth P100,000.

There were also four Air Jordan shoes left during the raffle. Singson’s team announced that it would be part of the prizes on June 28.

Meanwhile, the list of winners for the previous raffle has been released on the former governor’s Facebook page with instructions on how to claim their prize.
