Cagayan de Oro City reported 52 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged 52 new confirmed cases as of 10 PM yesterday, one of which is a person deprived of liberty, 26 local cases with links, six local APORs, and 21 index cases.
With this, the city has a total cumulative of 4,560 COVID-19 cases.
Out of the total cumulative, 336 are active cases, 116 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 214 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and six cases under the ROF/LSI category.
Dr. Nery also announced 17 new recoveries and no new death, bringing the total recovery and death cases to 4,020 and 204respectively.
