CdeO logs 56 new COVID-19 cases over the weekend (Jan 8-9, 2022)

Cagayan de Oro City reported 56 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, January 10.

The city logged 56 new COVID-19 cases over the weekend. Breakdown: On January 8, the city health office recorded, nine local index cases, four local index cases with link, four local APOR, two APOR with link, three persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), and four returning overseas Filipino (ROFs). Meanwhile, on January 9, there were 30 new cases recorded. Of which, 17 are local index cases, seven local cases with link, two local APORs, two local APORs with link, one locally-stranded individual (LSI), and one ROF.

With this, the city has a total cumulative of 20,606 COVID-19 cases.

Out of the total cumulative, 160 are active cases, 40 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 109 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 11 cases under the ROF/LSI category.



The city also logged a total of five new recoveries and no new death recorded over the weekend, bringing the total recoveries and deaths cases to 19,594 and 852 respectively.
