Cagayan de Oro coronavirus cases rise to 2,990

Cagayan de Oro City reported 32 new confirmed cases for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, January 11.

In today’s press briefing, City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery said the city logged a total of 32 new cases over the weekend. With this, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the city are at 2,990.

Out of the cumulative total, 329 are active cases, 92 are currently admitted at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC), 225 outpatients staying at the Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TTMF), and 12 cases under the ROF/LSI category.

Dr. Nery also announced ten new recoveries and three new deaths, bringing the total recovery and death toll to 2,509 and 152, respectively.



Of the cumulative total, 412 are under the LSI/ROF category, with 12 active cases, one death (ROF), and 399 recovered.

Meanwhile, local cases rise to 2,578 with 225 active cases, 151 deaths, and 2,110 recoveries.
