Shortly after Batch 2 launched, Star Circle introduced Batch 3 with Piolo Pascual, Kaye Abad, Paolo Contis, Carlos Agassi, Cheska Garcia, Andrea del Rosario, Antoinette Taus, Vandolph, Guila Alvarez, Bojo Molina, and Kristopher Peralta.

Piolo Pascual
If you’re following the Philippine showbiz, you’d probably know how Papa P is still very active in the industry. His latest on-screen appearance was on Netflix’s romantic drama My Amanda (2021), starring himself and actress Alessandra de Rossi.
Kaye Abad
Kaye Abad starred in numerous teen-oriented films and TV series following her training in Star Circle, notably paired with John Lloyd Cruz. As she grew up, she transitioned to more mature roles and even played as an antagonist in the 2013 family drama series Annaliza. Abad married businessman-athlete Paul Jake Castillo in 2014, and together they have two sons. Since then, she occasionally appears on-screen, focusing more on taking care of her family.
Carlos Agassi
Before BGYO and SB19, there were The Hunks — and Carlos Agassi was part of it, along with actors Diether Ocampo, Bernard Palanca, Piolo Pascual, and Jericho Rosales, who captured the hearts of fans in the early 2000s. Apart from acting and modeling, Agassi also had hosting stints in variety shows ASAP and Victim (patterned on American’s Punk’d). In addition, he produced rap music under the moniker Amir.
Today, Agassi remains active in the industry, recently appearing in an episode of investigative docudrama Imbestigador.
Paolo Contis
Paolo Contis debuted as a child actor prior to his training in Star Circle in 1996. He appeared in various movies during the mid-90s, including Mara Clara, Ang TV, and Oki Doki Doc. In his teens, he relaunched as a member of Star Circle and joined the cast of youth-oriented show Tabing Ilog along with his batchmates. In 2004, he moved to another network and from there, started taking mature and antagonist roles. He also won numerous awards, including the Best Actor at the 24th PMPC Star Awards in 2008, to name one. Contis continued to star in various movies, his recent namely, Ang Pangarap kong Holdap (2020) and Through Night and Day (2020), both earning spots in Netflix as most viewed films in the Philippines, and A Faraway Land (2021).
Fast-forward to the present, Contis was caught up in a controversy following his separation from long-time partner LJ Reyes.
Andrea del Rosario
Apart from Star Circle, Andrea del Rosario was also a former member of the girl group Viva Hot Babes, along with actresses Maui Taylor and Katya Santos. She was also a semifinalist in Miss Philippines Earth 2001. A decade after she launched in Star Circle, she made her first television appearance as an antagonist in the Primetime soap remake Gulong Ng Palad.
Del Rosario ventured to politics in 2016, winning the Vice Mayor position in Calatagan, Batangas. However, she remained active in showbiz, recently appearing on the TV drama Huwag Kang Mangamba (2021).
Cheska Garcia
Cheska Garcia is the older sister of actor Patrick Garcia and wife of PBA basketball player Doug Kramer. After getting married, Cheska gave up her showbiz career to become a full-time mother to her three children.
Antoinette Taus
Antoniette Taus had a booming career as a teen actress in the 90s, notably paired with actor Dingdong Dantes in the youth-oriented show T.G.I.S. Taus is also known for hosting the Philippine coverage of BBC Millennium Celebration 2000 Today. She spent ten years living in Los Angeles before returning to the Philippines to resumer her career.
Aside from occasionally accepting acting projects, Taus is actively part of humanitarian works, namely as the UNEP Goodwill Ambassador and CORA Philippines Founder.
Vandolph
The only son of the late king of comedy Dolphy with actress-politician Alma Moreno, Vandolph first appeared on screen at age 2, years before joining Star Circle. Aside from his acting career, the now 37-year-old also ventured into politics. He is currently the councilor of the First District of Parañaque.
Guila Alvarez
Known for her remarkable performance in Ama… Bakit Mo Ako Pinabayaan (1990), Only You (1992), and Ang TV Movie: The Adarna Adventure (1996), Guila Alvarez is the only sister of Luigi and Gio Alvarez. They joined showbiz together at an early age. But, today, only Gio is left active in the industry while both Guila and Luigi left the limelight for more private life. She last appeared in the 2015 film Kuwaresma.
Bojo Molina
The other half of the Bojo-Mylene love team, Bojo Molina, skyrocketed as an actor between the 90s and early 2000s. He was famous for his portrayal of one of the main characters of the hit youth-oriented show Gimik. However, just like Guila, Bojo chose to step away from the industry to live a quiet life. He eventually migrated abroad and had a family.
Kristopher Peralta
Last but not least, Kristopher Peralta. He was known for his role in the 1995 film Asero, as well as being one of the casts of Ang TV Movie: The Adarna Adventure and Magic Temple in 1996. Together with his Star Circle batchmates, Peralta became a sought-after teen idol between the late 90s and early 2000s, mostly paired with co-teen stars Kaye Abad and Tanya Garcia. But, again, like the previously mentioned stars, he too left the limelight in 2007. Now married, Peralta currently owns and manages several businesses, including bars, billiard halls, restaurants, and spare parts stores.
