Want to obtain your vaxcertph, but it is not yet available in the online portal? If you’re living in Dumaguete, check out the guide below.

There are two ways to generate your vaxcertph 48 hours after getting fully vaccinated for COVID-19: (1) self-generating via the vaxcertph website https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/; (2) via the Dumaguete City Health Office. 

For those whose vaccination records are not yet available in the system, you may either directly go to the LGU for assistance or wait and refresh the system for updates.
