CALIFORNIA, USA — Barbadian singer-songwriter Rihanna welcomes her first baby boy with A$AP Rocky on Friday, May 13, in Los Angeles City, California.

The couple did not yet reveal information to the public regarding the birth of their son. However, reports say the news came from a source close to them. They also did not announce the name of their newborn child yet.

The superstar singer recently went trending on Twitter after her fans and fellow artists shared their congratulatory messages.

According to Page Six, Rihanna’s former partner, Chris Brown, also sent his congratulatory message through his Instagram Story on Thursday, May 19.

“Congratulations,” the 33-year-old American singer-songwriter said alongside a red heart, pregnant woman, and praying hands emojis. 

Before her relationship with Chris, the lingerie designer had previously been linked to Hassan Jameel from 2017 to 2020. She was also previously romantically linked to Travis Scott, Drake, and Lewis Hamilton.

Rihanna went to the public on May 9 during Mother’s day, when she and Rocky had dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

Grammy winner Rihanna first announced in January that she was expecting her first child with her boyfriend and fellow musician, whose full name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers. 

According to PEOPLE, after she was photographed on the streets of New York City debuting her baby bump, a source reported that Rihanna is “excited to be a mom” and “couldn’t be happier.”

The 34-year-old ‘Diamond’ singer and her 33-year-old partner have been friends for several years and went public with their romantic relationship last May 2021.

According to TMZ, the member of A$AP Mob, Rocky, was arrested in April due to suspicion of assault. The incident occurred as the couple’s private plane landed at LAX Airport. Law enforcement said that the arrest is related to an earlier incident in which they accused him of firing shots at an acquaintance and grazing his hand. – WhatALife!
