WEATHER UPDATE — According to the Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the Southwest Monsoon will affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Weather Today – July 13, 2023
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and BARMM will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the Southwest Monsoon/LPA, impacting the areas with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, which is also caused by the Southwest Monsoon, impacting the areas with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal water conditions will be normal as winds from West to Southwest will be over Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. At the same time, the rest of Luzon will have winds directed from Northeast to Northwest.
