Cottages rates

Enumerated below are the different cottages available for rent in the resort.
  • Overwater Villas – P8,800
  • Overwater Deluxe Cottages P6,200
  • Overwater Cottages P5,000
  • Premium Beach Cottages P3,500
  • Beach Cottages P2,500
  • Beach Cabanas P2,500
  • Overwater Function Cottages P25,000 (good for 100 pax)
 

Entrance & corkage fees

The resort requires no entrance fees for 20 persons and no corkage fees on food & drinks if you rent a cottage. Guests who will not rent will not be allowed to enter the premises. On the other hand, for excess people (more than 20), they will be charged P300 per head. Aside from cold beverages, the resort does not sell any food. However, guests can use a charcoal grill upon request for a minimal fee of P100. They also sell charcoal for use.  

Book cancellation

If you plan on reserving a cottage, make sure to book at least five days ahead so they can check for availability. You can pay on-site, through BDO, GCash, or any online banking. Are you paying in advance? Send them a screenshot or photo of the receipt or transaction slip through Messenger for confirmation. On the other hand, if you want to cancel, make sure to do it three days before the booking date. They will give you a full refund. They will charge P1,000 if you happen to cancel the booking within three days before the booking date.   Here’s a quick tip to fully enjoy the picturesque view of the resort:
  • Book your cottage ahead;
  • The best time to visit the resort is during high tide. When booking, you can ask them to check the tide for you. They also frequently post the tide of the day on their Facebook page, so make sure to check them out.

They are open 365 days a year but for day visits only from 6 AM to 6 PM.
