CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, PHILIPPINES — To commemorate the 120th Labor Day Celebration, DOLE Northern Mindanao hosts JOBS 2022, a mega job fair held at USTP-CDO Gymnasium today, April 28, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 10, in partnership with LGU-CDO through Jobs Placement Bureau – Public Employment Service Office (PESO), conducts a mega job fair with over 120 companies and agencies hiring.
See the job fair process below:
#1 Get the Vacancy List Form at the entrance.
NOTE: Please bring your QR-CODE as an entrance requirement.
At the gate entrance of USTP, DOLE-X will be handing you 3 forms: NSRP Form No. 1, Vacancy List Form, and Feedback Form.
There are different forms for LOCAL and OVERSEAS applications. Fill out all the relevant details. See sample forms below.
#2 Visit Job Shopping Area at Building 28 to see the vacancies for different companies hiring.
You may list down a maximum of 5 employers/companies/agencies and your desired positions (either local or overseas).

#3 Proceed to Validation/Referral/Screening
After listing down your desired jobs, present your Vacancy List Form to the validators at the Gym Lobby (just in front of Building 28) for validation and referral.
There will be DOLE-X personnel to guide you in this step, as well as confirm whether you are ready to proceed to the Interview Area (inside the Gym).
#4 Begin interviews with employers.
When allowed by Validators, you may proceed to the Interview Area inside the Gymnasium. Find the row where your desired company is located and present your Vacancy List Form to the interviewer.

After the interview, let the interviewer affix their signature to the Vacancy List Form.
#5 Submit all of the forms to the DOLE Dropbox.
At the exit point of the venue, there will be drop boxes where you’re required to submit your forms (NSRP Form No. 1, Vacancy List Form, and Feedback Form).
The mega job fair will end at 5 PM today. For those interested, make sure to have your necessary application documents ready such as resume and cover/application letter.
This event is one of the DOLE’s programs to address the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to DOLE-X Regional Director Albert Gutib.
