The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has issued a new resolution limiting the movement of all persons to only accessing essential goods and services and for work in offices allowed to operate under Modified General Community Quarantine. Accordingly, the amended Omnibus Guidelines notes that “the movement of all persons in areas placed under MGCQ shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services, for work in the offices or industries permitted to operate hereunder, and for other activities permitted under this section,” it read. Moreover, “any person bellow twenty-one (21) years old, those who are sixty (60) years old and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risk, and pregnant women shall be required to remain in their residences at all times; Provided that all activities and movements allowed under Sections of theses Guidelines for the foregoing persons shall continue to be permitted under MGCQ.” See the full document below:   —(Source: CDO City Information Office)
