Months following its soft launch, vaxcertph is now available for domestic use in the Philippines. Cagayan de Oro residents can generate their digital vaccination certificate 48 hours after getting fully vaccinated here.

If the message ‘No Vaccination Record Found‘ pops up upon registration, make sure to review first if you have entered the correct information matching in your vaccination card. Once reviewed and the same message comes out, chances are they are still in the process of encoding your vaccination details onto the system. Click ‘Continue‘ to upload your photo/scanned copy of your vaccination card and government-issued ID. 

You may also visit the Cagayan de Oro City hall for assistance or wait and refresh the vaxcertph system for updates.
