City Administrator Attorney Roy Raagas, the SHFC Officer-in-Charge Manager Janet T. Lumayag, and the chairman of the committee on urban poor, Kagawad Edgar Cabanlas, were in attendance.
The CMP is SHFC’s mortgage financing program that aims to help indigent HOA members by lending them money to buy the land they occupy or other lands they want.
Along with the ceremony, Kagawad Cabanlas congratulated the beneficiaries and the HOA officials who are trying to unite and make their association successful for the benefit of all.
At the same time, Attorney Raagas also thanked the SHFC officials for the support and assistance they gave to the HOAs and the city’s housing program under the administration of Mayor Rolando ` Klarex’ Klarex’ Uy.
Kagawad Cabanlas and Attorney Raagas assured the people that the housing program in the city would continue, and they hoped that many more ISFs (informal settler families) would have decent housing. – WhatALife!/Zed
