A collaboration project between the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) and the Department of Health (DOH), vaxcertph is a free, self-service portal where vaccinated citizens may acquire an authenticated copy of their vaccination certificate.
The certificate can also be considered proof of vaccination for international travel since it complies with the digital guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO)—unlike vaccination cards issued by different local government units (LGUs), which are also valid.
Since its launch in September, the vaxcertph system has issued thousands of digital COVID-19 vaccination certificates. But, not everyone who wished to get theirs received the digital certificate.
Many have experienced delays, with data not found in the vaxcertph system. However, if you live in Cebu Province, you may acquire a copy of your vaxcertph QR Code by visiting your LGU city hall or vaxcertph booths aside from the website.
Want to generate the vaxcertph QR code on your own? Read our guide: VaxCertPH: How to get your digital vaccination certificate.
For Mandaue City residents, you may register here for assistance. Once ready, the city’s Vaccine Operation Center will send a message for pick-up at the city’s Cultural and Sports Complex.
Contact the customer hotline at 88-7614-88 or email vaxcertsupport.doh.gov.ph for concerns and/or assistance.
