MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The new set of fuel price changes for the month is set to take effect on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, according to industry sources.

In a separate advisory, Effective 12:01AM Apr. 25, 2023, Caltex (CPI) will DECREASE fuel prices of Platinum and Silver by 1.40 Php/L, Diesel by 0.70 Php/L and Kerosene by 0.20 Php/L.

Jetti petroleum will implement a price rollback for diesel master by Php 0.70 per liter, and for gasoline Php 1.40 per liter.

Effective 6:00 am, Pilipinas SHELL will implement a price rollback for gasoline by Php 1.40 per liter, rollback for diesel Php 0.70 per liter and rollback in kerosene by Php 0.20 per liter.

Petro Gazz will implement a price rollback for diesel by Php 0.70 per liter and also a rollback for gasoline by Php 1.40 per liter effective 6:00 am.



Effective 6:00 am, Seaoil will implement a price rollback for gasoline by Php 1.40 per liter, decrease in diesel by Php 0.70 per liter, and a rollback in kerosene by Php 0.20 per liter.

Effective 12:01 am, CleanFuel will implement a price rollback for gasoline by Php 1.40 per liter, and also a rollback by Php 0.70 per liter for diesel.

Effective 6:00 am, PTT Philippines will implement a price rollback for gasoline by Php 1.40 per liter, and Php 0.70 per liter for diesel roll back.

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will increase the prices of gasoline by Php 0.30 per liter and a roll back for diesel by Php 0.40 per liter.

The estimates for this week are the following:



  • Gasoline – Php 1.50 – Php 1.80/L (Rollback)
  • Diesel – Php 0.80 – Php 1.00/L (Rollback)
  • Kerosene – Php 0.20 – Php 0.40/L (Rollback)

Year-to-date net increase

Effective 18 April, 2023, the oil companies implemented a per liter increase of Php 1.00 for diesel and Pph 1.60 for kerosene. On the opposite, the price of gasoline has increased by P1.10 per liter.

These resulted to a year-to-date net decrease for diesel at P1.00/liter and kerosene at P1.65/liter. Gasoline on the other hand, has a net increase of P6.70/liter.



Oil firms usually announce new fuel price changes every Monday to be implemented on Tuesday. – WhatALife!
